I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor(MA) and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor(ME) working with adults with low self-esteem and relational issues. As someone who grew up in a collectivistic culture, prioritizing others' needs led to unfulfilling relationships and losing touch with myself at times. I learned that being true to myself doesn't have to be in conflict with connection to others. I am passionate about fostering self-awareness and empowering my clients to break free from patterns that hinder their personal fulfillment. We all crave love and connection but sometimes lose touch with ourselves in the process.
