I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor(MA) and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor(ME) working with adults with low self-esteem and relational issues. As someone who grew up in a collectivistic culture, prioritizing others' needs led to unfulfilling relationships and losing touch with myself at times. I learned that being true to myself doesn't have to be in conflict with connection to others.
I am passionate about fostering self-awareness and empowering my clients to build a compassionate understanding of their patterns. We all crave love and connection but sometimes lose touch with ourselves in the process. I believe all parts of a person are valuable and had to develop certain patterns to help you survive your environment. I have faith that once we connect with parts of ourselves from a place of compassion, clarity and curiosity, you also gain access to wisdom within. Whether you're struggling with communication issues, setting boundaries, or grappling with a sense of identity, I am here to support you in fostering a connection with yourself and to feel at home again.
